You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction, to register and use ppk365. It is your responsibility to verify the minimum age applicable to you.
Each person may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with the platform's anti-fraud procedures.
All transactions are conducted in PKR or the applicable displayed currency. Payment methods referenced on ppk365 are familiar local references only; actual availability is confirmed within the platform cashier.
All bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements. ppk365 will communicate bonus conditions clearly before any offer is accepted. Bonus abuse may result in account suspension.
Pakistani users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing ppk365 is lawful under applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. ppk365 makes no claim of Pakistani regulatory approval.
ppk365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will communicate material changes where practicable.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ppk365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ppk365.cam and all related services, products, features and content offered by the Platform (collectively, the "Services").
ppk365 is an international online betting and gaming platform. It is not incorporated in Pakistan, does not hold a Pakistani gaming licence, and is not regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution, bank or mobile-wallet provider.
By accessing, registering on or using ppk365 in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
To register and use ppk365, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or any jurisdiction applicable to you. ppk365 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds held on Account.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ppk365 does not guarantee that the Services are legal in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to check local laws before registering or placing any bets. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or use the Platform.
The Platform is available for personal, non-commercial use only. Each User may hold a single Account. Registering multiple Accounts, or registering on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ppk365:
To access the full range of Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.
All information provided during registration and subsequently must be accurate and truthful. ppk365 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where false, misleading or incomplete information is discovered, and to withhold or recover any funds associated with such Accounts.
ppk365 applies KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in accordance with its international licensing obligations. Users may be required to submit identity documents (such as a government-issued ID or CNIC), proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ppk365 support immediately. ppk365 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
ppk365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:
ppk365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Services may be suspended or restricted for maintenance, technical updates or other operational reasons. ppk365 shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.
All bets placed on ppk365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing bets. ppk365 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, as a result of technical errors, or in circumstances where the displayed odds were materially incorrect.
Cricket betting — covering PSL, ICC T20, ODI, Test and other formats — is subject to specific market rules including settlement procedures, rain interruption policies and minimum completion requirements. Football, kabaddi, UFC, esports and other sports markets are each governed by their respective rule sets, which are made available within the relevant betting interface.
Live casino games and slot titles operate under the rules specific to each game variant. House rules and return-to-player (RTP) information, where displayed, are illustrative and based on information provided by the game suppliers. Actual outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures.
ppk365 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion. Bets are not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. Where a bet is placed but no confirmation is received due to a system error or connectivity issue, the User should contact support for clarification.
Users may fund their Accounts using the payment methods displayed within the Platform's Cashier section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method. ppk365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may do so. Deposits must originate from an account or instrument registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification, the resolution of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements and account standing. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. ppk365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Account balances and transaction values are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions involve a different base currency. ppk365 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
ppk365 will not accept deposits from third parties and will not process withdrawals to accounts or instruments other than those verified as belonging to the Account holder. Any funds received from an unverified or third-party source may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
All bonus offers and promotions on ppk365 are subject to specific eligibility criteria, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. Eligibility may depend on factors including Account status, deposit history and geographic location.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in the individual bonus terms. ppk365 does not hide Wagering Requirements in undisclosed fine print.
Any User found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple Accounts, exploiting bonus terms contrary to their spirit, or engaging in collusion — will have their bonus entitlements cancelled, their Account suspended and any associated funds withheld pending investigation.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and are for wagering purposes only. Real money funds used to meet deposit requirements for a bonus remain withdrawable (subject to standard withdrawal terms) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

The ppk365 brand name, logo and domain are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including in meta tags, URLs or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppk365 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ppk365 support. Closure requests will be processed after any outstanding bets are settled and KYC obligations are fulfilled. Remaining Real Money Balance will be returned subject to applicable verification requirements.
ppk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, multiple account usage, bonus abuse, provision of false information, or where required by law or regulatory directive.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Any Bonus Funds in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real Money Balance, where applicable and subject to KYC clearance, will be returned via the withdrawal method on file.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppk365 holds its operating licence. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is provided within the Platform.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction where those rights cannot be contracted out of.
